We approach each project with a 2-phase design process.
Phase 1 (Schematic Design): Meet with Client to understand their wants and needs, generate design options for plans and elevations This phase allows for design option development as well as rough construction cost development. Clients typically use these documents to collect pricing from contractors.
Once the client's contractor provides a rough estimate for construction and the client approves, we move on to Phase 2.
Phase 2 (Contract Documents): Generate fully detailed documents to be used for obtaining building permits and for construction of the project.
