In our contracts we offer a basic design fee usually based upon a percentage of construction cost. We take an initial payment of 20% of our fee upon signing of contract. Because we use B.I.M as as part of our design process, our fee are based on the following stages of design.

Bidding 5%
Construction Admin - Hourly.
We typically bill every 2 weeks.
